Police of SEATTLE say the sight of a person pushing a go-cart packed with meat down a south seattle street within the middle of the night drew associate officer's attention.

Under questioning, the person aforementioned he was taking the cart packed with cut and ribs to a friend's house.

When a second officer checked with a close-by grocery, employees there aforementioned a person had simplyleft while not paying for his thirteen packages of meat.
